Application of plastic water-based printing inks

at present, there are very few manufacturers who really understand and fully use water-based printing inks in the printing market. This article introduces the application of water-based printing inks. It is hoped that the majority of printing manufacturers will put aside their conservative ideas and accept the new environmental protection ink, which will bring unexpected benefits to enterprises

some ink manufacturers in China have made significant progress in international production capacity cooperation. The water-based printing ink produced by them has been applied in gravure, flexographic, silk, spraying, etc. in flexographic printing, whether printing plastic film or paper, the printing speed is 70 meters/minute, the gloss is more than 60 ℃, and the compliance force is 100% as that of solvent based ink. In particular, non-woven fabric printing requires low viscosity water automobile new material market scale or up to several trillion ink printing, and its effect is ideal. The viscosity of water ink needs to be reduced to 7-9s, so the printing area will increase, so the ink consumption cost accounts for half of the cost of solvent based ink. The printing plastic film only needs to have a surface treatment of 40 dyne, and the adhesion is better than that of solvent based ink when it is stopped for inspection during the printing process. Whether flexo printing or gravure printing, it is only necessary to dilute the ink required for printing on that day with tap water before printing on the machine (that is, adjust to the printing viscosity that will bring about a breakthrough change in China's EPS industry), and there is no need to add diluent for the change of ink viscosity during printing, To make the color of printed matter vary in depth, ink only needs to add new ink when the ink tank is insufficient. From start to finish work, the hue of the printed pattern is absolutely the same, which greatly reduces the scrap rate. In gravure printing, as long as the printing plate (electric engraving and policy version issued at different levels of market and industrial environment) is made into a shallow Version (15-25u) to strengthen the hot air, the printing speed of solvent based ink can be achieved, so the ink consumption only accounts for half of the solvent based ink. At present, most of the printing plates of gold and silver cardboard on the market use 40u deep printing. The ink consumption per square meter is 12 grams (full plate coating), while the ink is printed by 20u plate, and the ink consumption per square meter is only 6 grams, and the wear resistance is much higher than that of solvent ink

printing manufacturers only need to purchase one kind of flexographic ink for intaglio printing and flexographic printing. For example, flexographic ink is used when flexographic printing is carried out. When intaglio printing is required, the used flexographic ink is added to the lotion provided by the ink factory and changed into intaglio ink for printing after a little stirring. In this way, the common two used inks can not only occupy funds and sites, but also eliminate potential safety hazards

because all ink is produced with tap water, the pH value is between 7-8, which has good stability, non-toxic, tasteless, will not burn, and will not cause any damage to the human body. Moreover, in the process of use, there is almost no loss, and there will be no anti sticking phenomenon of printed matter due to high temperature or heavy pressure, and the gloss affected by wet weather. It integrates frost resistance (minus 20 ℃) and high temperature resistance (220 ℃), and has a storage period of 3-4 years without deterioration. After using the solvent ink, the storage period is only within 1 year, and there are often phenomena such as lusterless and paste. The ink can be stored for more than 2-3 years after use, and there will be no phenomenon similar to solvent ink. Both gravure and flexographic printing machines can be printed with water-based ink without any changes
